Our Bolognese Crunch Tacos feature tallow-fried blue corn shells loaded with grass-fed beef Bolognese, Bolognese queso, crisp lettuce, and cherry pepper salsa. It's everything you love about Taco Tuesday—with a little Italian swagger.
